Abstract
The article presents the necessity of implementing legislative reforms in the RA defense sector. Based
on the nature of modern wars, the ways and methods of conducting combat operations, the extremely
important part of their initial period, the authors put forward the necessity of the law on the special situation
applied in the threatening period and some of its provisions.
Key words: special situation, war of the future, conscription, economic conscription, deployment of
troops, legislative reforms.
