Abstract
The article presents the complex environmental consequences of the Syunik region of the Republic of Armenia, due to influence of the seismic threat in the region. The environmental risks of the Artsvanik and Geghanush tailings in the event of the collapse of the dam of the Gekhi reservoir were assessed.
